Say 'I Do' ...
...in what we do.
A huge amount of what we do is about helping people give form to their most romantic ideas, designing and executing exceptional, wonderful weddings.
Mostly, but not exclusively, based around our colourful Mongolian Yurts, a Simply Yurts wedding celebration is an intimate and inspirational affair and makes for a bright and realistic alternative to mundane marquee hire.
Do we do weddings? ...we do!
Over the last three years we have been exploring new ways of distilling the unique character of the traditional Mongolian Yurt into a heady, sensual, architectural potion for a discerning wedding clientele.
Using a combination of big yurts, long yurts and small yurts we can conjure up anything from striking single structures to complex village arrangements with wedding yurts, dinner yurts, dance yurts, canopies for canapes and entire villages of sleepy yurts to accommodate your guests long after the partying has ended.
How far do we go?
How much we do is entirely up to you. We are just as happy providing the space and fitting in with your planners as we are organising the whole deal from the first thought to the final flower.
And for 2010 we have Louise - a dedicated wedding coordinator who will look after you from the outset and make sure everything is always just as it should be.
Our Pledge
In the spirit of a great partnership we would like to propose some vows of our own.
Do we, Simply Yurts, promise to provide an exceptional, imaginative and inspirational space for your wedding celebration.?
We do.
Will we operate smoothly and effortlessly, to amaze your friends and provide memories for your family and friends that they will cherish for ever.
We will.
Do we promise to stand by you, look after you, advise you, help you and listen to you, through thick and through thin for as long as your event will last?
We will.

Don't beleive us...
"...my satisfaction was complete as I wandered through the garden. The gently changing colours and waving flags appearing and disappearing between the wonderful yurts. Thee light filtered through the drifting smoke, and the flames from the braziers and all of the twinkly bits as I passed the guests, eavesdropping on their conversations and hearing all the wonderful things they all had to say about the whole encampment. It was truly magical."
Judy, Froxfield
"As the guests went from one tent to the other they were amazed again. I just stood outside listening to the oohs and ahs and whoops of delight even greater than before and I realized you had done it again. Thank you for what was the best evening of my life."
George, Henley
"It was just magical we could have stayed in there for ever and when you came to take it away we were quite simply bereft."
Sarah, Richmond
"The yurt encampment was the cornerstone of the whole event, everyone - young and old - enjoyed being in it, under it and around it. It just made for the perfect setting and the most successful event we have staged to date."

"Every one was Simply Gobsmacked!"

Venues
If you don't already have the perfect place for your Simply Yurts wedding we have a number of stunning locations we use on a regular basis.
Some are part of farms and estates, others are more formal locations with all the facilities that you expect of Britain's top venues.
So it could be The Fulford Estate in Devon, Whatley Manor in Wiltshire or an open field in Ardfern. You might even have an area in mind but no specific location that you want us to help you with. Either way you can be sure that we will find something that fits your needs perfectly.
South Downs
There are a few places what we use a lot mostly spread between the M25 down to the South Downs and East towards Brighton. All are chosen because they offer the beautiful locations and friendly landowners who understand what we need. They are stunning, dramatic and flexible and they can all be hired exclusively for short periods of time.

Round yurts long yurts, square yurts and multi yurts.
If your looking at yurts these are the best yurts on the planet. We know because we scoured the earth for them in the first place.
The result, cosy substantial structures that are warm in the winter cool in the summer and so impressive up close that on first sight many are brought to tears when they walk in.
Normally yurts don't accommodate groups the size of an average wedding. However, over the last two years we have developed a series of hybrid forms that retain the essential qualities of a yurt - the cosiness, the inclusive and intimate atmosphere - whilst still allowing them to cater to the needs of a modern wedding.
So now it's not just Yurts for chilling, for eating or for dancing, but yurts for weddin' too.
